He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel Seppala and Mamie Seppala; his wife Shirley Somero; his children, Gary Seppala, Bradley Seppala and Kara Traffie; his granddaughter Danielle Matson; and his great grandchild Rush Seppala.
He is survived by: his children, William Seppala (Janis), Mark Seppala (Kathy), Cherri Seppala (late Gary), Tracy Seppala (late Bradley), Cheryl Matson (Paul), Richard Seppala, Tanya Matson (Walter), Carl Traffie, Kent Seppala, Gordon Seppala (Kristina), Deanna Olson (Matthew), Walter Seppala (Sue), Kristin Seppanen (Paul), Mari Traffie (Stephen), Peggy Seppala, Marty Seppala (Tara) and Steven Seppala (Stephanie). He is also survived by 226 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Apostolic Lutheran Church (117 Goen Rd, New Ipswich, NH 03071). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
