He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald S. Palmer and Katherine M. Palmer (Merrill); and his brother Ronald (Nancy Palmer). He is survived by: his wife Lois Palmer (Whitcher) of North Sutton, NH; his children, Kathleen (David Paradis) of Pembroke, NH, Wendy (Matt Grimes) of North Sutton, NH, Linda Ford of North Sutton, NH and D. Scott (Beth Palmer) of North Sutton, NH; his grandchildren, Andrew, Whitney, Hilary, Megan, Darrel Brett and Kristin; his great grandchildren, Jameson and Rowan; and his siblings, Marilyn L. (Pete Thompson) of North Sutton, NH and Alan "Butch" Palmer of Ellensburg, WA.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the North Sutton Cemetery.
