In the sacred silence of farewell, James is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his children, Kevin (Loranna Lucey), Scot (Michele Lucey), Laurence (Jamye Mart) and Lawrence (Jean Lucey); and his sisters, Kathleen Riley and Nancy Johnson. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chadwick's Funeral Home (235 Main St, New London, NH 03257). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cathedral of the Pines (10 Hale Hill Rd, Rindge, NH 03461).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donation to the American Cancer Society.
