He was predeceased by : his parents, Dorris Meader Cushing and Harry Joseph Cushing Sr. Harry; and his siblings, Priscilla Cushing, Ruth Fifield, Harold Murdock, Mary Coutermarsh, Ben Murdock and George Cushing.
He is survived by : his wife Sandra Powers; his children, Joseph Allen Cushing (Elizabeth Wheeler) and Moriah Louise Cushing-Vance (Robert Vance); his grandson Jared A. Cushing; his nephew Joseph Carrol Cushing; his brother-in-law Dale Powers; his grandchildren, Dylon and Alyssa Vance; his siblings, Kathryn Cushing, Betty Roy, Doreen Delano, Linda Whitehill, Patricia Carl and James Cushing (Becky); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon, Burt Covey, Gary, Brenda Powers, Pamela, Robert York and Judy Powers.
