He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles A. Withrow and Margaret Withrow (Gardner); his wife Rita R. Withrow (Cormier); and his brother Charles A. Withrow Jr.. He is survived by : his children, Steven G. Withrow (Paula) of Falmouth, Robert E Withrow Jr. (Patricia) of Dedham, Helen C. Antonellis (Kenneth) of Boylston, Susan A. Bowers (Jonathan) of Danvers, James P. Withrow (Deborah) of Watertown and Warren M. Withrow (Karen) of Waltham; and his sister Jean Morine of Florida. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
