She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Mark VanHouten. She is survived by: her parents, Gloria E. Oakes (Rice) of Enfield, NH and Harold W. Oakes Jr.; her husband Lyle Frizzell of Newport, NH; her sister Gloria Jean Oakes of Enfield, NH; her parents-in-law, Everett and Margaret Frizzell of Stark, NH; her sister-in-law Lara Dowland (David); her nibling Quinn of Jaffrey, NH; and her pet Charlie.
Memorial donations in Dawn's name may be made to the Upper Valley Humane Society.
