In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Dawn's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Dawn's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Mark VanHouten. She is survived by: her parents, Gloria E. Oakes (Rice) of Enfield, NH and Harold W. Oakes Jr.; her husband Lyle Frizzell of Newport, NH; her sister Gloria Jean Oakes of Enfield, NH; her parents-in-law, Everett and Margaret Frizzell of Stark, NH; her sister-in-law Lara Dowland (David); her sibling's child Quinn of Jaffrey, NH; and her pet Charlie.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hartford Village Cemetery.
Memorial donations in Dawn's name may be made to the Upper Valley Humane Society.
