He is survived by: his parents, David "Brad" Crockett and Ann Marie Jewell (Mastin) of Rochester; his significant other Vicki Loring of North Hampton; his son Sean Michael Crockett Jr.; his stepdaughters, Tianna Valle and Trinity Valle of Lebanon, ME; and also Carrie Crockett. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
