She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth W. Adamowski; her parents, Warren Gibson and Florence Gibson (Scanlon); and her brother Warren "Bucky" Gibson. She is survived by: her children, Karen P. Leclair (Robert) of Ossipee, NH and Steven K. Adamowski (MaryLou Stroumbos) of Tewksbury, MA; her grandchildren, Shauna and Evan Adamowski; her sister Florence Freitas (Paul) of Chelsea, MA; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy M. Gibson of New York, Shirley Klein of Arizona and Judy Adamowski of Nashua, NH. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Pat's memory to a charity of one's choice.
