He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. McCormack and Josephine McCormack (Coyle); and his brother William McCormack. He is survived by: his wife Michele A. McCormack (Lorrain); his children, Jeffrey B. McCormack (Leann) of Dunbarton, NH and Keri L. Balsamo (Dean) of Nashua, NH; his grandchildren, Mark J. McCormack, Maureen S. Fortier (Samuel), Brian A. McCormack (Erin), Jake D. Balsamo and Emma N. Balsamo; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Benjamin, Isaac and Charlotte; and his brothers, John McCormack (Sandra) of Chelmsford and Seamus McCormack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Those wishing may make contributions in his memory to either St. Patrick's Church in Pelham or St. Kathryn's Church in Hudson.
