(Frawley) Debay of Pelham, New Hampshire, born in Windham, New Hampshire, who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Leo Martin Frawley. She is survived by : her husband Richard DeBay; her sons, Zach and Deven; her mother Linda Chase Frawley; her brother Pat Frawley; her niece Alisa; and her sister Kate Frawley (Incollingo). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
