David Macdonald Obituary
We announce the death of David Macdonald of Pelham, New Hampshire, who passed away on January 30, 2026, at the age of 84. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. David will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew David will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. David’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Macdonald and Louise Macdonald (Reed); and his siblings, Louise and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Macdonald (Harrington); his grandson Zachary Reed Harrington; his sister Katherine; DeAnna Harrington-Blanca (Lew Blanco) of Cocoa, FL and Mark Harrington (Tracey) of Tifton, GA. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, as well as neighbors and friends.
