He is survived by: his children, Ashley Linger (James Linger, Jr.) of Peabody, Massachusetts and Donald Emond of Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Riley Linger and Arya Linger; and his siblings, Denise Fama of Dracut, Gerard Emond (Coline Emond) of Lowell, Judy Martineau of Lowell and Normand Emond of Dracut. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
