He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacobs, Sr. and Beatrice Jacobs (Baker). He is survived by: his wife Paulette Jacobs (Ladouceur); his daughters, Rebecca Twardosky (Jason Twardosky) of Londonderry, NH. and Sarah Beth Smith (James Smith) of Londonderry, NH.; his grandchildren, Courtney Dee Morse, Stacey Balletto, Dylan Dee, Payton Rylie and Noah Michael Smith; and his great grandchild Dakota Rose Balletto.
