In the sacred silence of farewell, Jose is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Jose's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his mother Rosa; his sister Luz Leal (Eduino Goulart); and his nieces and nephews, Eduina and Eduino Goulart. He is survived by: his wife Filomena (Rosa); his children, Dalila Sequeira (Steven) of Pelham, NH and Dario Leal (Amy) of Nashua, NH; and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Benjamin and Gavin. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home (327 Hildreth St, Lowell, MA 01850). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Saint Anthony's Catholic Church (893 Central St, Lowell, MA 01852). A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the St. Mary Cemetery (90 River Rd, Tewksbury, MA 01876).
