Smolko (Polina) of Maynard, MA, Nicole Smolko-Jaser (Jenna) of Maynard, MA and Kathryn Maietta (Ryan) of Nashua, NH; his grandchildren, Ace, Lainey and Maeve; and his caregivers, Heidi, Krissy, Jacquelyn and Voula.
