He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. O'Neil and Elizabeth C. O'Neil (White); his brother Gerald O'Neil; and his son-in-law Peter Fontaine. He is survived by: his wife Janet Howe; his close friend Don Hall; his brother-in-law Ernie Hutchinson; his children, Allen T. O'Neil, Jr. (Maria) of Downey, CA, Linda O. Fontaine of Newmarket, NH and Jeffrey O'Neil (Rosanna) of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Nicole Skinner (David), Ryan O'Neil (Jasmine), Chad Fontaine (Sharon), Kyle Fontaine (Kelly), Casey Fontaine (Victoria), Dylan O'Neil (Abby) and Tyson O'Neil (Chelsea); his brother Armand O'Neil (Eloise) of Painesville, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Pamela O'Neil (Langdell), Kathryn Heald (Howe), Elizabeth Drolet (Howe) of Milford, NH, Gretchen Hutchinson (Howe) of Wilton, NH, Frances Houston (Howe) of Lyndeborough, NH and Robert Howe (Jennifer) of Lyndeborough, NH. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
