He was predeceased by : his wife Barbara Maki (Anttila); his son Randy Maki; and his siblings, George, David, Wayne, Dorothy and Lorraine.
He is survived by : his children, Deborah Hertel (Bob), Susan Lavoie (John), Cindy Maki, Roy Maki, Jr. (Angel) and Scott Maki (Pam); his grandchildren, Joshua Hertel, Sara Champagne, Jeremy Lavoie, Nicole Taylor Maule, Jenni Demont, Kimberly Demont, Stephanie Coutu, Lisa Marois, Jeremiah Maki, Christopher Maki and Brianna Kukkula; his great grandchildren, Alaina, Norah, Grayson Hertel, Colton, Landon Champagne, Beckett Lavoie, Joseph Hunt, Jessie Ann Marois and Victoria Kukkula; his sisters, Sylvia Lawrence (George), Ruth Brouillette and Naomi Roy; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Desrosiers and Julie Maki. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, as well as his second family.
