He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Sliva; his daughters, Denise Johnson (Sliva), Michelle Lounder (Jeremy) and Shawna Smith (Trevor); his sister Sally Ingalls; his grandchildren, Lee Ann, Lexi, Wyatt and Craig Polishan; and his pet Moose. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
