He was predeceased by: his father Donald Hamilton; and his brother Michael Hamilton. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Hamilton (Goinsalvos) of Newton; his wife Joan M. Casella; his children, David L. Hamilton, Jr. (Samantha) of Merrimack and Angela M. Hamilton (Connor Palma) of Warner; his grandsons, Oliver and Bennett Hamilton; and his sisters, Debbie Hamilton of Waltham and Sandy Hamilton of Newton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
