He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Blackey, Sr. and Doris Blackey Green (Dodge); his stepfather Archie Green; and his siblings, Larry, David Blackey and Kathleen Green.
He is survived by: his brothers, Ralph Blackey (Linda), William Blackey (Debra) and Sam Blackey (Cheryl). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
