We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2024, at the age of 89, Gordon J. Lewis of Plaistow, New Hampshire, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gordon J. Lewis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gordon L. Sr. Lewis and Mary Lewis (McNeil); his sister Marilyn Lewis; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Connie Furtado.

He is survived by : his wife Frances (Furtado); his children, Gordon Lewis of Colorado and Cheryl Lewis-Gardella (Frank) of Newton, N. H.; his granddaughter Angelica Lewis-Gardella (Stephen Lesiczka); and his sisters, Evelyn Defraia (Jimmy) and Mary Brown (Charles). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home (116 Main St, Plaistow, NH 03865). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Luke the Evangelist Parish (8 Atkinson Depot Rd, Plaistow, NH 03865).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Holy Angels Food Pantry at the parish or The Plaistow Fire – Rescue- EMS.
