He was predeceased by : his sister Mary Bell. He is survived by : his wife Donna; his children, Christopher Negrotti and Alicia Ernst (Kyle); and his grandchildren, Gianna Lessard-Negrotti, Kiara Ernst and Emmitt Ernst.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home (116 Main St, Plaistow, NH 03865). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 6:15 PM at the same location.

Jake gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
