He was predeceased by: his father Donald Clement Foynes; and his brother Patrick Foynes. He is survived by: his mother Charlene Foynes (Siek); his children, Eric Foynes of Milton, NH and Cadie Foynes (Sarah) of Milton, NH; and his uncle Christopher Siek (Jerome Ryan) of Haverhill, MA. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
