He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Cunningham and Charlotte Cunningham; and his sister Ann Demtriou. He is survived by: his wife Helen Cunningham (Guerin); his children, Melissa Theberge (Stephen Theberge) of Plaistow, NH and Michael Cunningham (Heather); and his grandchildren, Emma, Claire, Nora Theberge, Hannah and Paul Cunningham.
