He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Plaisted and Marjorie Plaisted (Keniston); and his sister Elizabeth K. Carter. He is survived by: his wife Pat; and his children, Timothy, Tammy, Edward and Theron. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the New Hampshire Timberland Owners' Association, 54 Portsmouth St. Concord NH 03301.
