She is survived by: her husband Philip Gatz of Plymouth; her children, Carleton Birch (Christina), Brenda Butterfield, Deborah Esposito, Michael Birch and Karen LaMore (Joe); her grandchildren, Justin, Ryan, Amy, Luke, Seth, Reanna, Bryan, Devon, Jazlynn-Mae and Kyanna-Marie; her great grandchildren, Jason, Lincoln, Jaxon and Reina; and her half-siblings, Mary-Ellen, Dan, Alicia, Tom, Johnny and Laurie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, a cause Donna supported throughout her life.
