She was predeceased by: her parents, George F. Sr. Phippard and Eileen Anne Phippard (Sullivan); her husband James F. Mayhew Sr.; her sons, David W. Mayhew and John R. Mayhew; and her brother George F. Phippard Jr..
She is survived by: her children, James F. Mayhew Jr. (Carolyn Varin), Peter G. Mayhew (Kelley J.) and Mary Anne Mayhew; and her nieces and nephews, Kathleen Andrews (Timothy), Timothy Phippard (Elizabeth), Michael Phippard and Karen Pennington. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
