River Gogh is survived by: mother Deborah Mills; brother Joshua Mills; sister-in-law Anna Orbovich; aunts, Jennifer Mills, Sue Devoid and Lisa Schoettle; uncle John Schoettle; and cousins, Olivia Mills, Nick, Yira Schoettle, John, Sarah Schoettle, Zach and Shadae Schoettle.
