She was predeceased by: her parents, Lazarus Pantos and Olga Pantos (Tsoules); and her brothers-in-law, Raymond and Walter. She is survived by: her husband John A. Jack; her children, Valerie (Paul) and Peter (Bennett); her grandsons, Andrew and William; her sister Elizabeth; her sister-in-law Jackie; her niece Pamela; her great-nephew Sebastian; her nephew Michael (Marcia); her great-niece Alexandra; and her great-nephew Nicholas.
