Nickerson of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, born in York Beach, Maine, who passed away on September 2, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Doris Vera Avery and Benjamin Harrison Jones; her former life partner Warren Carl Nickerson; and her brothers, William Jones, Benjamin Harrison and Arthur Taylor Jones (Bob Jones).
She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Beth Edmonds; her grandchildren, Britt Barquist of Virginia Beach, Lars Barquist and Germany; her husband Andrew Asher; her nieces, Andrea Nickerson, Diane Tingen (Nickerson) of Williamsburg, VA and Harriette Downing (Nickerson) of Queen Creek, AZ.; and also Edna Freeman (Harman Freeman).
