He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred T Poliquin and Georgianna Poliquin (Lanois). He is survived by: his former wife Constance Malvey (Ruggeri); his wife Constance "Connie" Poliquin; his children, Daniel J. Poliquin, Roy J. Poliquin, Jonathan J. Poliquin and Wylene A. Poliquin; his stepchildren, Karen Pisz, Lauren Hurson of James Malvey, K. C and Cucchi; his sister Alice "Mae" Mailhot; and also, Lenka, Lynn, Lori, Eric, Gerard, Tanya and Michael. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
