He is survived by: his parents, Denise O'Grady (Cunningham) and Patrick William O'Grady; his children, Patrick Stephen O'Grady and Emberly O'Grady; the mother of his children Alicia Soucy; his sister Erin Freeman; and his nieces, Amelia and Gracie. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home (2 Epping St, Raymond, NH 03077).
