He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Moulton, Sr. and Charlotte Moulton (Deatte); and his brother Arthur Moulton, Jr. (Richard). He is survived by: his sister-in-law Patricia Moulton (Gagne); his nephews, Richard Moulton, Jr. (Susan Sapier) and Daniel Moulton; his sister Cheryl Colon-Mojica; his nieces, Jo-Ann Menns, Cindy Moulton and Katie Godfrey; and his nephew Jonathan Godfrey.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. A memorial service was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Roan Family Funeral Home of Pembroke (167 Main St, Pembroke, NH 03275).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Boston Children's Hospital or to the Disabled American Veterans.
