He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth O'Neil and Thelma O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Thomas Kenneth O'Neil (Katie Veysey) and Katie Charlotte Sears (William L. Sears); and his grandson Weston Thomas O'Neil. He is also survived by many loving family members, dear friends.
