She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Stevens Epps, Jr.; her parents, Carl Hardy and Mary Hardy; and her sisters, Ann Stebbins and Millie Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, Franklin Epps (Christine), Karen Wisner (Dale), Melanie Gauthier, Kimber Reynolds, Dorothy Carter, Laurie Epps-Rivard (Donald), Daniel Epps (Heidi) and Andrew Epps (Hayley). She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren.
For most of her life, Carol was actively employed in the retail sector, and she made a significant contribution to the Fashion Bug where she worked with dedication and passion.
