She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Guerin and Verna M. Guerin (Peters); her husband Robert J. Patch; her sons, Robert J. Patch Jr. and Glenn A. Patch; and her siblings, Edward Guerin and Patricia Struller.
She is survived by: her daughter Marie Patch of Fitzwilliam, NH; her grandchildren, Bradley Pelkey, Brandy Pelkey, Keith Patch, David Patch (Amanda Patch), Samantha Patch (Ross Dixon) and Jarrett Patch; her great grandchildren, Rachel Huber (Owen Huber), Jasmynn Miller, Keira Arsenault, Caydence Patch, Aurora Patch and Wyatt Patch; and her great great grandchildren, Ian, Ivy, Kruz and Harlow.
