He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Henderson and Lucy Henderson (Gray); his wife Hazel Henderson; his children, Mark Henderson and Susan; his son-in-law Mike Mayo; and his brothers, Arthur and John Henderson.

He is survived by: his children, David Henderson (Brenda) of California, Tammy St. Pierre (Marc) of Farmington, NH, Stanley Henderson (Pam) of Florida, Elizabeth "Betty" Richardson (Mark) of Barrington, NH, Bonnie Lepine (Rick) of North Carolina and Kenneth Henderson (Kristen) of Farmington, NH.; and his brothers, James of Florida and Timothy Henderson of Florida. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to Cornerstone VNA or Barrington Food Pantry, in Eugene's name for their compassionate care.
