She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Esther Smith (Souza); her daughter Susan Mayo; her son-in-law Michael Mayo; her son Mark Henderson; and her siblings, Harry, Ernest, Larry Smith and Anita Gourgue.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Henderson of Rochester, NH; her children, David Henderson (Brenda) of California, Tammy St. Pierre (Marc) of Farmington, NH, Stanley Henderson (Pam) of Florida, Elizabeth "Betty" Richardson (Mark) of Barrington, NH, Bonnie Lepine (Rick) of North Carolina and Kenneth Henderson (Kristen) of Farmington, NH.; and her sisters, Beverly Whitten of Rochester, NH and Alice Hilton of Maine. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to Cornerstone VNA or Barrington Food Pantry, in Hazel's name for their compassionate care.
