He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Cullen. He is survived by: his parents, David Cullen of Maine and Diana Cullen (Colby) of Rochester; his sons, Thomas and Colby; and his siblings, Harold Cullen of Lebanon Me and Bridget Atkinson (Mike) of Rochester. He is also survived by his family and his many friends.

“I’m so sorry to hear about jay I know things hadn’t been easy for him and he was fighting demons we all do but believe he’s at peace and up there with my best friend his brother Micheal I miss him so much when he passed I was in Hawaii I felt his presence he always wanted me to go to Hawaii with him and work on the cruise ships well we finally made it there together he was with me I know it I felt it”
