He was predeceased by : his parents, John Card and Ruby Card (Edwards); and his brother Donald Card of South Carolina. He is survived by : his wife Mona; his children, Cheryl Gagne (Brad Cole) of Somersworth, Wendy Pinkham (Ronn) of Alton and Scott Card of Seattle, Washington; his grandchildren, Heidi Gagne (James Pond) of Somersworth and Benn Pinkham (Cassie Henry) of Alton; and his sister Terry Gilmore of Alton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“Remembering my "Great" Uncle Jack, I smile because it is how he made everyone feel. He was a great jokester, a good listener and knew when someone needed to laugh he was the guy for the job. I will forever miss that heavy New Englander accent of his and the beautiful smile he always had when he saw his loved ones.
