He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. L. and Erma Heavisides (Nichols); his wife Theresa Carter of Lebanon, NH; and his siblings, Eloise Brantley, Stephen and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Perkins (Don) of Dunbarton, NH, Katherine Plunkett (Tom) of Voluntown, CT, John'Jay'Heavisides (Celia) of Goffstown, NH and Janet Drake (Collin) of Hartland, VT; his siblings, Shirley Clifford of Kingsport, TN and Douglas (Carol); and his sister-in-law Sandy Heavisides (Carole Hamilton) of Claremont, NH. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
