He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Vatcher of Rochester; his children, Jo-Ann Vatcher of Rochester, Arizona and Dianne West (Bob) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Valerie French of Dover and Steven Paisley of Dover; his siblings, Carolyn Petit of Hampton Falls, Mark Vatcher (Claudia) of Newmarket, Elwyn Vatcher (Rosalee) of Goodland and Jenny Lewis of Florida; and his grandchildren, Julia Walsworth (Michael), Jacob West, Samuel West (Hannah), Emily Haley (Anthony), Matthew French (Sara), Jonathan French, Alicyn Hakes (Mickey) and Melanie French (Casey). He is also survived by great-grandchildren (17), extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the scholarship program at the Dover Lodge of Elks.
