He was predeceased by: his father Edward Southard; his grandparents, Arlene Murray, Stanley and Mildred Southard; and his aunt Anne Hill.
He is survived by: his mother Peggy Moschella (Micheal); his children, Emily, Richie Jr., Paul and Erin; his siblings, David Southard and Holly Johnson Kees; and his grandfather James T. Rossi Jr. (Audrey). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and so many very special friends.
