She is survived by: her husband Dennis Boulard of Rochester; her sister Stacy Andersen of Florida; her son Theodore Axelsen III (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Nicole, Kelly and Braelyn; her son Kristopher Axelsen (Britney); her stepson Jason Boulard; her stepgrandchild Jaiden; her son Jeremiah Boulard (Stacy); her grandson Hunter; her stepson Sean Boulard (Molly); her stepgrandchildren, Gwen and Steven Boulard (Breanna); and her children, Nevaeh, Charleigh and Kenadie.
