He was predeceased by: his parents, Bridget Frances Phipps and Ralph A. Phipps. He is survived by: his pet Keady; his children, Aaron Phipps (Danielle) of South Berwick, ME, Nathan Phipps (Heather) of North Berwick, ME and Delia Chandler (Jeremy) of Berwick, ME.; his grandchildren, Zachary Phipps, Kayden Chandler, Jacob Phipps, Colin Phipps, Kylee Chandler and Riley Phipps; his siblings, Marion Phipps (David Archibald) of Gloucester, MA and Donald Phipps (Faith) of Eliot, ME; and his close friends, Wally Stevens, John Webster, Buddy Vaughn and Dennis Coakley. He is also survived by spouses and children and a large number of cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rollinsford Legion (551 Foundry St, Rollinsford, NH 03869).
