He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Slattery Sr. and Kathleen Slattery (Smith); his former wife Mary Slattery (Hand); and his siblings, Mary Boland (Slattery), Ellen Scannell (Slattery), Joseph J. Slattery Jr. and John Slattery.
He is survived by: his daughter Kara Farrell (Charles Redington); his granddaughters, Kayla Farrell, Haley Farrell and Anna Farrell; his son Charles Slattery (Cheryl Slattery) of Windham, Maine; his grandsons, Charles, Christopher and Stephen; his wife Brenda Marshall Slattery (Joy) of Rye; and his stepchildren, Kirk Marshall (Jannis), Keith Marshall (Marianne), Kerry Blazon (David) and Kara Bouley (Paul). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
