We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2025, at the age of 97, Barbara D. Kennedy of Rye, New Hampshire, born in Manchester, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Barbara had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Barbara may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by: her husband Angus; her son Thomas Angus Kennedy; and her parents, Hector DeNute and Marion DeNute (Harlan). She is survived by: her sons, Donald Angus Kennedy (Dottie) and Richard Angus Kennedy (Nancy).

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home - Crematory (811 Lafayette Rd, Hampton, NH 03842). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Theresa's Church (815 Central Rd, Rye, NH 03871).
