She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Stewart and Hazel Stewart (Smalley); her husband Richard C. Staples, Sr.; and her sister Eleanor White (Stewart). She is survived by : her children, Richard C. Staples, Jr. (Denise) and Cheryl L. King (Douglas); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Staples, Khristina Hoey (Timothy), Amanda Knox (Geoffry) and Kevin King (Denise); and her great grandchildren, Evan Hoey, Ford Knox, Lily Knox, Alexander King and Ethan King.
