She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Goodwin and Doris Goodwin (Patterson); and her siblings, Henry Goodwin, James Goodwin and Janet Goodreau (Goodwin).
She is survived by: her husband John S. Belcher; her children, Deborah Belcher of Londonderry, Stephen Belcher of Rye and Karen Belcher; her grandson Michael Belcher of Wakefield; her siblings, David Goodwin (Anne) of Dover, Sandra Finney (Robert) of Dover and Karl Pike; and her sisters-in-law, Jane Loughlin (Belcher) of Merrimack and Joan Custer (James) of Exeter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
