He was predeceased by: his daughter Lynne Carbone; his brother Peter Carbone Vincent Carbone; and his parents, Vincent M. Carbone and Antonietta M. (Capone). He is survived by: his sons, Alan Carbone (Jeanne) of Salem, NH, Daniel Carbone (Marianne) of Danvers and Brian Carbone of Salem, NH; and his sister Janet Carbone of Maine.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home (263 Main St, Woburn, MA 01801). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Charles Church (280 Main St, Woburn, MA 01801).
